5- Coconoil...Pure cold pressed virgin coconut oil...
This pure form of organic virgin coconut oil is one of mother natures finest functional foods. Not only is it delicious and nutritious, it can also be used externally! I take my tub of coconut oil swimming with me everyday... well not actually in the pool with me but you know what i mean! After a swim i scoop out a small handful of coconoil, take a chunk into my mouth and the rest I rub into my face and hair... I dont know of any other product that works so well in and on your body!
