How to implement the ‘Creative Nature’ nutritional programme:

I recommend starting the programme with a 3 day detox.
1- Empty 1/3 of the bag of Teatox into a saucepan of water and bring to the boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 15mins. Top up the water as and when required and drink throughout the day. Aim for 6 cups.
Repeat this process with the 2nd and 3rd 1/3 of the bag so the Teatox will last 3 days.

NB During this detox, try to limit your vices ie reduce sugar, alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes! You can however start taking your Superfoods during the detox process.

2- There is no right or wrong way to eat Superfoods, just remember that heating them will damage the nutritional content so always try and eat raw. Try them sprinkled on cereal, yogurts, salads or blended into smoothies and Shakes. For best results try not to blend with cows milk. Try Rice milk as an alternative.

3- To implement the powders, blend with juices, smoothies or shakes.

4- The Herbal Immunitea Tea will help to boost your immune system and keep it strong, its a delicious tea which can be taken whenever you feel the need for a boost to the system! Brew in the same manner as the Teatox.

Remember you will get out what you put in! I absolutely believe that by taking the nutritional products which are provided here you can beat Fibro / ME.

All of us deserve the right to live happy, energised and pain free lives. I truly hope that today is a new beginning and that from this day on you can take control of your condition and ultimately control of your life.

Summary of Nutrition found in ‘Creative Nature Superfoods’
(Extracts taken from Fibromyalgia Hope, website. Written by Dr. Nasr)

Maca Root Powder:  ‘...Potassium and calcium need to be properly balanced. This is because potassium and calcium will exchange places, inside and outside the cell. Sodium plays a role with these minerals in fibromyalgia nutrition, too’.

‘...Absorption of food by the muscle cells requires zinc, magnesium, and manganese. Magnesium and calcium also work together, allowing the muscle to contract and relax. Your muscles get fatigued and weak when they can't relax. You've experienced this, haven't you?
This is also the reason you can't sleep; your muscles won't relax. Here is where fibromyalgia nutrition can make a huge difference in the quality of your life.’

‘…After getting the food inside the muscle cell, it needs to be converted to energy.
Your muscles work like a cylinder and piston works in an engine. In a car, compression makes the fuel in the engine fire, creating energy. In the body, hormones and enzymes make the fuel (food and oxygen) 'fire', which produces energy.’

‘…A lack of oxygen will cause lack of energy. (Remember the fuel has to combine with oxygen to create energy.) This can be from poor air quality or shallow breathing. But, lack of oxygen can also be from a lack of hemoglobin, which carries the oxygen in your blood. Vitamin B12 and Iron are important for your blood to carry oxygen to your cells’

‘…Hormones regulate how much energy is to be created. A hot flash in menopausal women comes from the hormones telling the cells to make too much energy (heat). Hormones are made from amino acids, minerals, plus some enzymes.’
‘The muscles of the arteries are the most sensitive to lack of minerals. Lack of trace minerals and of calcium will cause spasms in the arteries leading to the muscles’. (Salt, Maca, Goji Berries)

Spirulina: ...’Vitamins, minerals, exercise, and protein builds muscles. This is why a good source of protein is included in my fibromyalgia nutrition program. Your muscles need all of these to become healthy again’.

Hemp Protein: ‘…Where an engine needs gas, muscles need food.
While an engine needs air, muscles need oxygen.
We know that an engine needs oil, right? Did you know that muscles need fat or oil, too? No-fat diets are not in line with fibromyalgia nutrition.

…’Vitamins, minerals, exercise, and protein builds muscles. This is why a good source of protein is included in my fibromyalgia nutrition program. Your muscles need all of these to become healthy again’.

Himalayan Crystal Salt: ‘…The transport system in and out of the cell is done by minerals. This is one key to fibromyalgia nutrition. But certainly not the only one.’

‘…Minerals also hold everything together in the cell so that it can work. That's the best way I can describe in simple terms this aspect of mineral function for fibromyalgia nutrition in your body.’

Cacao powder: ‘…This process of producing energy also produces waste. In fibromyalgia nutrition, if we don't clean out the wastes, this will cause disease. We call these wastes free radicals. Free-radical protectors are called antioxidants. When antioxidants see a free radical, they grab it, so that the free radical can't do damage to your other cells.’
Remember how you learned that Vitamin E takes food into the cell? Vitamin E is an antioxidant that also takes waste out of the cell.

Bee Pollen: Muscles work on an active transport mechanism. An active transport system is where the muscle has to ask for the food, through a need for more energy, before the food will go in.

Goji Berries: ‘…Vitamin E, like a guy with one hand in and one hand out of the cell, grabs the carbs or fats and transports them into the cell. Insulin helps Vitamin E to shove the energy (food) into the cell.
Side note: Vitamin E loves to get rid of fat. It is oil soluble and will use fat for energy. Fat converts to energy using Vitamin B1, B2, B3, Vitamin E, and Beta Carotene. So, good nutrition helps you lose weight, too.

‘…Then Vitamin C helps out by grabbing the free radical in the bloodstream and taking it out of the body, through the kidneys. This is the process of detoxification. A Vitamin C deficiency will cause toxicity problems. Too much toxicity will cause even more problems. When the cell gets congested with waste, reactions (needed to produce energy) are unable to take place. Too many chemicals create too much waste and toxins in the cells. This makes the cells less elastic. This can cause pain when the cells lose elasticity; they can't move with you. (Vit C keeps cells and arterial walls elastic)

Cacao Nibs: ‘…Where an engine needs gas, muscles need food.
While an engine needs air, muscles need oxygen.
We know that an engine needs oil, right? Did you know that muscles need fat or oil, too? No-fat diets are not in line with fibromyalgia nutrition.

Teatox: …’I hope this page helps you understand why fibromyalgia nutrition is vital to your recovery. And why a complete array of fibromyalgia supplements is necessary, not just one vitamin or supplement. But, fibromyalgia nutrition alone can't heal you. Yes, you have to feed the muscles the nutrients they need. You also need a digestive system clear of waste, mucous, and toxins so the nutrients can get into your blood stream. Then, you have to begin to exercise in order to actively bring these nutrients into the muscle cells’.

Herbal Immunity: Although not mentioned in the Fibromyalgia article, I understand that Fibro / ME can weaken the all important immune system. By strengthening your immune system you give your body a better chance of beating this condition.

Tai Chi/Yoga: Therefore, you have to demand nutrients to your muscles through exercise in order to heal your muscles. Yeah, sorry, you will have to move your muscles. But you also have to supply the right nutrients to the muscles, through a fibromyalgia nutrition plan.

As you know, pain is very destructive and difficult to tolerate. It keeps you awake; you can't rest. Pain can completely destroy you. Here's your chance to get rid of your pain!
Do you understand why you need a complete nutritional program in order to heal, not just a few extracted vitamins? To demonstrate how nutrients work together:
Vitamin C needs Vitamin E,
Vitamin E needs Vitamin B,
Vitamin B needs Beta Carotene.  (Plants are always complete, they never contain one vitamin without the other, eg Goji Berries contain all these vitamins)
