Simple Recipe Suggestions
Creative Nature Superfoods can be easily implemented into any diet. Perhaps the most common way to do this is to simply sprinkle over cereal, salads or yoghurts. This works particularly well with Goji Berries, Bee Pollen, Cacao Nibs, Apricot Kernels and Hemp Seeds.
The simple way to implement the powders into the diet is to blend them into juice. Theres nothing written in stone here, what taste good for one wont necessarily taste good to all but in general the green powders, Spirulina and Barley Grass taste particularly good blended with Apple juice, Maca, Suma, Hemp protein and Cacao powder are more suited to milky drinks... Creative Nature reccommend using Rice or soy milk rather than dairy. To ensure the powders infuse into your drink nicely, it is better to put the juice/milk in a bottle and shake rather than stir.
Smoothies are another great way to enjoy all the Creative Nature 'Superfoods'. Below is one of my favourites...
More recipes and smoothies will be added to this page as time goes by, please check back regularly.
Remember, as well as being nutritious health supplements, used to optimise health, Creative Nature Superfoods are also tasty plant based foods. Feel free to play around with the recipes to suit your own tastes and needs.
