Simple Recipe Suggestions

Creative Nature Superfoods can be easily implemented into any diet. Perhaps the most common way to do this is to simply sprinkle over cereal, salads or yoghurts. This works particularly well with Goji Berries, Bee Pollen, Cacao Nibs, Apricot Kernels and Hemp Seeds.

The simple way to implement the powders into the diet is to blend them into juice. Theres nothing written in stone here, what taste good for one wont necessarily taste good to all but in general the green powders, Spirulina and Barley Grass taste particularly good blended with Apple juice,  Maca, Suma, Hemp protein and Cacao powder are more suited to milky drinks... Creative Nature reccommend using Rice or soy milk rather than dairy. To ensure the powders infuse into your drink nicely, it is better to put the juice/milk in a bottle and shake rather than stir.

Smoothies are another great way to enjoy all the Creative Nature 'Superfoods'. Below is one of my favourites...

More recipes and smoothies will be added to this page as time goes by, please check back regularly.

Remember, as well as being nutritious health supplements, used to optimise health, Creative Nature Superfoods are also tasty plant based foods. Feel free to play around with the recipes to suit your own tastes and needs.

Herbal Teas
Creative Natures 4 formulated teas, Herbal Immunitea, Teatox, Rise ‘n’ Shine and Tranquilitea can be taken simply by adding hot water, leaving for 5 minutes and straining through a tea strainer. (Or can be made in a café tier)
Alternatively, to optimise the therapeutic properties the teas can be brought to the boil in a pan and simmered for 15 minutes. This method produces a much more powerful concoction and enhances the healing benefits.
Dosage: As a simple tea one can drink to taste. For therapeutic use try and drink 4 – 6 cups throughout the day. Continue use for 3 – 7 days.

e.g. For a 3 day detox place 1/3 of a bag of ‘Teatox’ in a pan in the morning, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour your first cup of the day. For subsequent cups just add more water to the brew as required. Make a fresh batch on day 2 and repeat day 3.

Himalayan Crystal Salt, ‘Sole Solution’

To make a sole solution simply add a desert spoon of crystals into a bottle or glass jar then fill with water (good clean bottled water preferably). Put the lid on and leave for 24hrs for the crystals to dissolve. Once dissolved add some more, up until such time that the crystals stop dissolving. At this point the solution is saturated at 26% and ready for consumption. Add 1 teaspoon of this sole to 1 litre of water and drink throughout the day.

If you are exercising and sweating a lot, it is vital that you replace your mineral levels as well as water levels to avoid sodium depletion. Using Himalayan Rock Salt in a weak solution with water is the most natural and effective way of re-hydrating your body.
