Shipping Times
Our current estimated delivery times are: NB We endeavour to pack and post all orders recieved before 1pm the same day, therefore the majority of orders will be recieved next day delivery. We will always endeavour to provide this quick service, though it can not alway be guaranteed. UK Mainland - within 3 to 4 working days
Republic of Ireland - within 3 to 5 working days

We currently use DHL and Royal Mail to deliver our packages. For some larger items ie. (Juicers, Blenders, dehydrators) we may ask our suppliers to drop ship from their warehouse directly to you. Shipping Rates
We are continually looking to lower our delivery costs. As we grow as a business, we will be able to establish better rates from our delivery agents which we will endeavour to pass onto you. We do not intend to make a profit on shipping. We only pass on our true shipping and packing costs. Our website can now support international orders for the countries listed above. Simply create an account selecting your country and we will automatically add the appropriate shipping charge to your order. If your order weighs more than 14kg you won’t be allowed to check out automatically. In this case please email us to get the best possible quote for shipping your order. Please be assured that you will only be charged what it costs us to deliver the goods to you. However, if your order consists of various items it might be possible to save you money on postage by splitting your order and sending two parcels. You can track your order simply by logging into your account. Your orders status will be clearly displayed on the page. On Receipt Of Your Goods
When you parcel arrives you will be asked to sign for the goods. If the package does not appear to be in good condition and you are unable to check the contents please refuse the delivery or sign ‘GOODS UNCHECKED’. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, if you think its faulty or you simply changed your mind please contact us by phone first. A lot of problems are easily solved over the phone. Damaged goods
If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged or incomplete please notify our office immediately and retain the damaged packaging. We will then advise you on what to do. Other goods
You have the right to change your mind and return your order until 7 working days after the date of delivery. However, you can only exercise this right if the goods are unused and in the original packing.
