This is a very powerful tea so we suggest trying it as an infusion first to get used to its effects. If you are looking to use the tea for a heavy 1, 2 or 3-day detox then make a decoction and drink 3-6 cups per day. Make sure you have little to do, a nice sofa, a blanket and that you are near a toilet. For a longer more gentle detox reduce the dosage to 1 or 2 cups per day.
When detoxing drink at least 3 litres of water per day.
